Oats so simple

Oats have so many health benefits. Not only are they filling, they are also very nutritious. In half a cup of oats, there are 13 grams of protein, and 20% of the reference daily intake (RDI) of iron and zinc.

Overnight oats can be a fantastic and tasty breakfast option. You are literally spoilt for choice when it comes to additional ingredients and toppings, so you could try a new variety every single morning if you wanted!

Also, you don't need any fancy kitchen appliances - or even a kitchen for that matter (but a fridge would be good) - to make a batch of overnight oats. And as the name implies, it's best to make overnight oats the night before, or at least 8 hours before consuming.
